A little recap:
- There is a senatorial race going on in Connecticut
- The primaries are supposed to let one candidate from each party to emerge
- In the fight between Lamont and Lieberman, Lamont won, using an antiwar rhetoric
- Lieberman concedes defeat, but decides to run as an independant
- Vice-president Cheney lamented on Lieberman loss
- The current polls show that as an independent Liberman leads
- The unlucky republican running, Alan Schlesinger, is clearly cannon fodder (scoop: the Gop will clearly support Lieberman, just to keep a "friend" in the democratic party"
- But wait: Lieberman calls for the resignation of Rumsfeld, what is this guy doing???
Can't wait to know the results, it should be interesting ;)
